Religiosity and spirituality in the context of spread of conspiration theories in a mediated society

    Within this area, we investigate the role of religiosity and spirituality in the spread of conspiration theories in digital space.

    Why is it important ?

    We want to identify how and how conspiration theories spread in certain communities and propose strategies to effectively combat them.

     

    Expected outcomes

    Development of intervention methods and educational programmes aimed at stopping the spread of conspiration theories and boosting public awareness of the risks which conspiration theories pose.
